No, the U.S. does not recognize De Facto relationships, so to qualify as a spouse for a visa application you will need a legally recognized marriage certificate or family registry, as applicable.

If you have dual nationality and one of them is U.S. citizenship, you must use your American passport to enter the United States. A visa is NOT required.
Indefinite visas are no longer valid for travel to the U.S. Bearers of indefinite visas who wish to travel to the U.S. should apply for a new visa at a U.S. Embassy or Consulate.
